From the North / North East (M1):

Exit the M1 at J34 for 0.3 km

At the first roundabout, take the third exit onto A631 for 1.2 km

Turn left onto Granville Square/B6070 for 0 km

Chantrey House is on your right opposite a Netto supermarket. There is ample space around the back of the building for parking – this is an unmarked right turn immediately after the building. If you go past a KFC on your right then you have gone too far.

From the North West (Snake Pass):

Access the A57 Hyde Road from the outer ring road for 5.9 km

At the roundabout, take the second exit onto M67 for 7.8 km

At the roundabout, take the first exit onto A57 for 6.7 km

At the roundabout, take the third exit onto A57 High Street East for 21.6 km

Turn right onto A6013 for 4.4 km

Turn left onto A6187 Hathersage Road for 13 km

Continue straight ahead onto A625 Ecclesall Road South for 0.3 km

Turn right onto B6375 Whirlowdale Road for 0.9 km

Bear right onto B6068 Abbey Lane for 1.9 km

At the roundabout, take the second exit onto B6068 Abbey Lane for 0.9 km

Turn left onto A61 for 0.4 km

Chantrey House is on your left shortly after a Honda dealership and a KFC outlet. There is ample space around the back of the building for car parking – turn left where you see the sign for the Blue Room Brasserie and a large blue poster advertising Voice Marketing.

Should the Snake Pass be closed your alternative route is the Woodhead Pass:

Take sign posts to Stockport.

From Stockport pick up the A6 towards Buxton.

At the roundabout in Chapel en le Frith, take the first exit onto A623 for 19.3 km

Turn left onto B6001 for 0.3 km

Turn right onto B6054 for 5.7 km
